ORS has been in the business of making a difference to people with disability and injuries for almost 30 years! ORS provides a range of Allied Health and Workplace Rehabilitation services across key industries such as the NDIS, Private, Workers Compensation, Health, Injury Prevention and Aged Care.
We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced and accredited Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Speech Pathologists and Registered Nurses who have experience working with complex and high needs clients across all age ranges and disability/injury presentations.

We are a passionate team and we are dedicated in helping people live life well. We understand that life isn’t always easy and sometimes we need a little extra support to do the things we want. Our team can provide you with this support and give you the assurance you need to get on with your life. We can provide round the clock support or drop-in support for 1 or 2 hours a week, it's really up to you and what you need.

Our team at Pride Connect follow a very simple but effective principle: we focus on Participants’ abilities, goals and more importantly how we could provide support the Participants’ ways. We track the progress of Participants’ goals and make adjustments as needed with the Participants and their love ones on a regular basis.
