Help you connect to the NIDS Participant Portal, and keep track of your Plan budgets. We facilitate the negotiation with disability providers on their services price and assist you in selecting one that best suit your needs.

Build your capacity to exercise choice & control by getting to know your unique circumstances. This can assist in giving you a long-term, tailored support over your NDIS Plan terms to help you make an informed decision.

Connect you to all service providers including mainstream (schools, transport services and healthcare providers), community centres & NDIS funded disability service providers.
05. Assist
Assist you with any issues throughout your plan terms by exploring options available and helping you navigate your plan review process that aims to receive an appropriate funding for support.

Support you in identifying your goals and aspirations and help you achieve them.

Prepare additional assessments to aid you in meeting the funding requirements for your annual plan review.

Providing you with the care you need
We acknowledge and understand the distinct difficulties faced by people living with disabilities, including stereotypes and stigma as well as cultural concepts of disability and language and accessibility barriers. Our bilingual Support Coordinators use the appropriate language to work alongside NDIS participants in their NDIS journey and break down those barriers with clarity.
