Who are we?
About Us
We are a registered NDIS provider offering dedicated Support Coordination, with experienced staff who assist people with disabilities in managing life stages and transitions. Our bilingual Support Coordinators come from health and social science backgrounds and specialise in supporting individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
We understand the importance of timely and personalised support, which is why we also offer access to a team of allied health professionals—including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, and Dietitians—to help you achieve your goals and enhance your daily living.
Through a combination of tailored support and strong community connections, we’re here to help you live a more empowered and independent life.
Our Core Value
Our value is based on compassion and care which strives to provide equal opportunities for people in need regardless of their backgrounds and circumstances.
Why we do it?
We recognise that your support plays a critical part in your life, however, sourcing, connecting and managing those supports can be difficult to deal with.
We empower you to make an informed decision
We committed to find the best outcome for every individual
Why Alongsiders?
Alongsiders understands that people living with disabilities particularly coming from multicultural backgrounds may feel reluctant to speak up for themselves as it could be associated with feelings of shame. We work together with these individuals by empowering them to build capacity to self-advocate in their NDIS journey. We offer a dedicated Support Coordinator to work one-on-one in your language.
No out-of-pocket expenses for our services.
